Job Description

    Stecktra Technologies Private Limited is currently seeking a Product Support/ Product Specialist Engineer (Microfocus Security) /Cyber Security Consultant. The Product Support/ Product Specialist Engineer coordinates technical activities. Transfers industry,technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.Products: Arcsight / Fortify ImplementationKey Responsibilities: Product presentation/demonstration Support with technical qualification Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal Build custom demos Deliver Proof of Concepts Offer post-salessupport Support customer events Provide any technical input needed for proposals Be able to position and present various product offerings Account mapping and pipeline management Product Support/Product Specialist Engineer [ArcSight / Fortify] Should have overall 5+ years of Experience in Cyber Security. Possess at least 4 Years of Experience in implementing ArcSight/Fortify and must have experience in building Micro Focus ArcSight Flex Connectors. Should have excellent Presentation skill and Communicatio.Personal Qualities: Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills Consultancy skills, combining the ability to seek understand customer issues and requirements whilst delivering solutions that address these. Facilitation of design workshops Strong self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative Should be able to work on minimum supervision Take responsibility and see the deliverables are met Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly Education/ Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering
