Together, we can help Microsoft create the campus of the future, including the new Puget Sound East Campus and many of the global campus like Hyderabad Building as part of Campus modernization. We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to come up with roadmaps, build new applications/services, run enhancement projects, and onboard third-party SaaS solutions.Examples of past projects include creating a new Lobby Experience for visitors, building a campus-wide transportation, Parking-booking application for employees, and creating an IoT SmartBuilding platform. Our mission is to improve the campus experience for Microsoft employees!The ideal candidate will play a significant role working with other PMs, Software Engineers, and Architects across Microsoft to identify opportunities, coordinate solutions (adjust priorities, define new features, co-design/develop, etc.), and accelerate delivery of key technology services and capabilities to improve and ensure the best end-to-end customer and employee experiences.

• Partner with the Microsoft Global Workspace team to prioritize a product roadmap that enables our team to build a digitally transformed workspace for Microsoft employees.
• Plan and deliver each release, write user stories, and groom the backlog.
• Partner with our Software Engineering team as they build solutions to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
• Support the Agile project delivery cadence by helping balance team performance with tight deadlines.
• Ensure user stories are traceable, well-communicated, and aligned to the overall business or solution vision.
• Collaborate with other teams including core product engineering teams for product roadmap, feature enhancements etc.
• Work closely with cross-geographically located, Product Management, Research, Design and Engineering to envision and build the next generation of cross-device experiences using detailed specifications with a user focus.
• Foster an engineering culture focused on customer satisfaction using a data informed approach.

• 7+ years of shipping production software
• Experience in enterprise applications as a Program manager/Product manager
• Experience with big data, profile, & ML to service personalized/relevant content
• Solid understanding of consumer web and mobile technologies, bots, service operations at scale and the ability to hold technical discussions, go deep in technical areas
• Have a sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience.
• Strong track record of not only individual excellence, but a demonstrated commitment to making others around them great.
• Outstanding cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Agile software development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
• A Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or the equivalent in real-world experience

Preferred, not required:

• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, developing project plans, and managing releases on short cycles (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment
