Not only do we protect all aspects of the Amazon shopping experience, we also deliver services to large and small merchants hosted on the Amazon platform. In addition, we evaluate new business opportunities from across the company to determine how we can minimize the risk associated with new initiatives.Registration and Compliance Operation (RCO), the compliance operation team within RCCS, is seeking a PM to support new country and product launches. You will be responsible for supporting the RCO function globally, which is distributed in various regions and countries, tasked to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the process life-cycle.The key aspects of the role are to partner with multiple stakeholders like product team, GPO, Operations, training, workforce, capacity planning team across global sites to drive process improvements and new launches., 3+ years experience in program or project management Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Overall 8+ years of experience in either program management and or Customer Service/Operations. MBA from a tier I/II institute. Experience driving program improvements, at department level as well as cross-department level, that have resulted in measurable business impact. Project management experience with profound knowledge of program management lifecycle, and skilled at project management tools Experience leading large scale complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, involving multiple (10 or more) internal/external customers. Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting lines. Practical knowledge of problem solving methodologies like Lean, DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, process re-designing frameworks, etc. to implement change or improve processes. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and work under tight deadlines Influencing and negotiation skills Ability to drive projects efficiently in a cross-functional environment by establishing respect and confidence in the business and technical communities Analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyze large, complex data sets Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus Experience working as part of a global team with multiple time zones and geographically disperse resources.
