28,000 associates of more than 100 nationalities deliver high quality and affordable medicine on time, every time, safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Job Purpose - Responsible for controlling and reporting on CAPEX projects within shared organization Strategy & Organizational Development Prepare monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE and Quality) and Support internal and external audits. Lead the Training Curriculum for own Job Profile Maintenance & Calibration Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets) As part of Project Engineering & Control Develop Project Cost Estimation & Value Improvement Review, Perform Project Risk Assessment and Perform project cost & schedule benchmarking Prepare Project Controlling & Execution Plans and Define project risk management (safety, quality, functional, project execution) Perform project evaluations (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability). Perform project monitoring & reporting (cost, schedule, risks) and Establish Project Change Management & handle changes Implement Project Stage Gate keeping and Project Definition Level Rating (PDRI). Responsibility to advise project managers and Steering Committee members on cost & schedule development/issues. Through that impact on life cycle costs of plant and subsequently on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Create / maintain / verify CAPEX Project on time, budget, quality. Project evaluations completed on time, no critical observations. Driven business cases resulting in approved CARs. Safety standard implemented during projects and operations, no critical findings in HSE audits, no LTI and SIF. Develop project turn over plan and Lead project deficiencies and deviations.
