Job Description

Looking for a suitable candidate to project manage and client coordination. Candidates needs to

  1. Manage project executions, plan resources and budgets.
  2. Deal with the client , PMC, installation teams and sort out the daily queries efficiently.
  3. Manage the labour contractors and get the work done in the specified time period to obtain good quality and scheduled work on daily basis.
  4. Handle team on site efficiently. Plan, budget and execute the project work skillfully.
  5. Ability to understand and interpret the architects design and explain it to the concern executors
  6. Able to communicate the exact site requirement and propose solutions to the interior designer and architect for installation of the their requirement to tangible.
  7. Determine and manage project priorities to ensure effective application of resources to achieve project outcomes, delivery benchmarks
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  1. Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  2. At least five (5) years of industry project management experience in Building Material, interiors and Construction Industry.
  3. One to three years of management experience
  4. Strategic leadership ability
  • Check and respond to customer feedback, comments / complaints.
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and projects
  • Ability to read Auto cad drawings and check for quality of installation, flooring, elevation and decking works.
