Job Description

    1. As the Project Manager, you will manage all aspects (budget, quality, schedule, resources, etc.)2. Creating project plans for assigned projects to include only the required work and scope as defined by the SOW3. Formulates the project plan in accordance with the goals and timing; specific to resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.4. Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.5. Leads the project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, cost, time, information and organization and monitoring progress.6. Development of the integrated project plan with customer and internal resources7. Resource scheduling and coordination8. Managing internal and external project communication at all levels and distributing quality project documentation as required9. Using of computer-based project management tools and software10. Ensuring timely completion of projects and a positive customer experience11. Ensuring compliance and adherence with customer guidelines and Company process and policy requirements12. Frequent interaction with Sales, Customers, outside vendors and suppliers, and other cross-functional team members.Experience & Skills:1. Bachelor degree in Engineering2. 5+ years experience, preferebly with Healthcare / IT industry.3. Proven track record of successful project delivery results.4. Experience with Lifecycle change management process, preferably in Windchill5. Knowledge of Finished Goods & Packaging process6. Demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, and leading cross-functional teams7. Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality8. Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organizations including the executive level9. Strong interpersonal and skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently10.
