We are currently looking for an experienced, dedicated, and self-motivated Ecommerce Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of project management in the ecommerce industry, with a strong focus on customer communication and service.Job Type:Full timeLocation :Hyderabad(Madhapur/Hi-tec city)Experience :3-8 yearsSalary :Upto5.5lpaJob Responsibilities:1. Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to build project plans from concept to execution.2. Liaison with developers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.3. Provide daily updates to customers on project status, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.4. Manage customer lifecycle, nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.5. Test the functionality and user experience of projects before delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality.6. Obtain sign-off from stakeholders upon project completion.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in an ecommerce setting.3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.4. Proficient with project management software.5. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and technologies.6. Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.8. PMP or CAPM certification will be an added advantage.
