Experience in Structural Steel Detailing domain along with thorough experience in TEKLA Structures 3D Software. Awareness of all latest software practices i.e., BIM IFC Management. Reviewing contract documents/project requirements to learn the project scope of work and as per the Client Standards. Identify all potential areas of work with Detailers/Modelers/Checkers to meet project milestones. Continuous interaction with clients on projects status and requirements. Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Steel Detailing Project Manager. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Revit preferred. Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 9+ yrs. of experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills. Assist with preparing the job start- up and close- out checklists. Maintain good relationships with the Owner, Architect, Engineers Subcontractors involved with the project. Assists in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing the status of the Project. Support efforts to expedite prompt processing of invoices after milestone deliveries. Finalising of Submittal package prior to a delivery date along with the checklist documents for record purpose. Ensure project teams are cleanly and clearly maintaining project drawings, external models, submittals, schedules, and relevant logs/matrices on behalf of the detailing team. Define standard process on and conduct earned value tracking of detailing performance for reporting out to detailing department and project teams.
