Join us and directly contribute to Novartis vision to Reimagine Medicine.Your Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Own the development and implementation of a medium to big-size scope and complexity programs/projects,, Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope. Manage project team assigned (average size 5-15 team members),Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities. Provide timely, clear, effective, concise communication to all project / program stakeholders, tailored to the needs of each stakeholder group according to a structured communications plan Direct outputs of a large project team (up to 6 directly and 20 indirectly), often across geographical boundaries, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources Ensure overall project / program success and effective use of resources. Regularly assesses whether project continues to meet business objectives and to use funds efficiently, ensuring that the project is managed to realize business benefits Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services. Define and execute change management and training initiatives and material Manage all risks and issues for project delivery across all phases, responsible for budget/scope management across all project phases.,Provide project / program reporting including overall performance of the project / program and project completion documentationMinimum requirements 10 years of business and IT experience leading projects, with a proven track record of delivering large IAM (Identity Access Management) projects such as: Migration from various types of legacy IAM bespoke tools to COTS like SailPoint, OIM, AzureAD Rollout RBAC (Role-based access control) in similar size organization Rollout modern MFA (Multi-factor authentication) solutions and password-less authentication Rollout privileged access management and changing IT mindset on privileged operations Migration and consolidation of multiple directory types and structures Successfully and demonstrated experience of managing teams in a matrix organization across multiple geographic regions Proven capacity to respond to changes which impact projects, ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively resolve issues to deliver the best possible outcome Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies Experience managing outsourced near-shore and / or off-shore teams across multiple locations, geographies and cultures preferred, Proven track record as a leader in a global project management function covering 10-15 countriesWhy consider Novartis 799 million.
