Job Description

1. Monitor service delivery process of IT Hardware & Digital Education to ensure high-quality services for the organization.
2. Monitor and assess service performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs) for AMC.
3. Monitoring and managing delivery KPIs to ensure optimal service.
4. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
5. Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
6. Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
8. Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for flawless execution of the projects.
9. Ensure that all the projects are delivered on-time within the scope and budget defined by the Sr. Management.
10. Ensure resource availability and allocation in different zones.
11. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
12. Conduct Trainings regularly to improve the deliverables of the project
13. Monitor and update the project plan to track the progress of the project.
14. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
15. Measure the project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
16. Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly status reports are shared to the Sr. Management.
17. Report (or) Escalate any issues and discrepancies to the Sr. Management immediately.
18. Ensure that all the risks related to the project are minimized and documented for future reference.
19. Manage and maintain healthy and professional relationship with the client and the Stakeholders.
20. Establish and maintain professional relationship with vendors and other external stakeholders.
21. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for different phases of the project.
22. Responsible for the complete Services, Warranty & AMCs provided under the project.
23. Responsible for the submission of bills to the client on timely basis for the deliverables completed as per the timelines provided from time to time.
24. Responsible for maintaining the complete team under Services, Warranty & AMCs
25. Willing to work in foreign country at least for (5) years from the date of appointment.
Requirements:
1. 5-6 Years of work experience as a project manager handling a team and clients.
2. Hands on experience as systems integrator.
3. Good educational background, preferably in the fields of IT Hardware, electrical and electronics engineering.
4. Proven working experience as a project manager in the areas of infrastructure and information technology.
5. Should have handled at least one Government Project with Government as End Client and have successfully delivered the 360 degrees of the project in the past.
6. Should have handled at least one IT Managed Services project.
7. Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in IT services related projects in Government Sector.
8. Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
9. Excellent client-facing and communication skills
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
12. Self-motivated individual who possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
13. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Projects.
14. Conduct Trainings at regular intervals.
15. Knowledge on transportation and logistics between India and African Countires would be a greater advantage.
16. Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
17. Ready to move to Foreign Country immediately.
18. Should enter into an agreement to work in Foreign Country for a minimum period of (5) years.
19. Candidates having PMP certification is mandatory.
