Job Description

*Role SummaryDuPont has recently initiated a Quality Assurance Center of Excellence (QA COE) to support Agile and Waterfall project implementations. The QA COE provides leadership for best practice standards, methodology, tools and project delivery support for testing and quality management. This role will report to our QA COE Leader providing IT support focused on administration and integration of tools supporting our quality initiatives. Focus areas will include: SAP Solution Manager administration, ALM Quality Center administration, automated test tools administration, project content load and configuration, project reporting, project onboarding, tools integration, tools evaluation, and knowledge management. A strategic objective is providing leadership to build foundational QA capability to increase standardization in DuPont IT solutions and services while transforming to increase agility and automation.Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in developing and championing the QA and Agile COE strategies
  • Leads defining and documenting configuration and utilization of QA tools
  • Leads integrating best practices for QA tools into diverse Waterfall and Agile application delivery teams
  • Provides education for QA tools to application delivery teams to build QA and testing Competency
  • Provides service level, license and vendor management for QA tools
  • Provides leadership in developing and implementing standards to improve test automation
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of a broad range of emerging QA and testing technologies
  • Collaborates on best practices for requirement and test management
  • Support recruiting and staff development for the QA and Agile COE s
  • Leader in incorporating DuPont QA standards into QA tool vendor partners delivery methodology
  • Lead pilot projects to select and implement new technologies or increase QA technology asset utilization
  • Partner with Service Delivery to develop solutions to use QA tools for releasing features to production
  • Partner with DuPont policies and standards COEs (e.g. Privacy) to ensure integration with QA standards
, *Key Competencies
  • Advanced knowledge of ALM Quality Center, SAP Solution Manger
  • Advanced knowledge of automation tools such as Tricentis, Worksoft, SmartBear, Selenium, Cucumber
  • Experience developing solutions/test automation with Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL
  • General knowledge of testing methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and iterative SDLCs.
  • General knowledge of all phases of QA testing and documentation
  • Demonstrated skill in project management or leading project activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills working in a team setting
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor IT outsourced environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor s Degree preferability in a technology field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project / software QA and Testing related experience (Manual and Automated)
  • Experience configuring and administrating IT industry standard test management and test automation tools
  • Experience in DevOps and Agile Methodologies to promote collaborative and iterative working models
