Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.- Represent Life Insurance Direct marketing channel and its value proposition to all customers as per the vision and values of the organization and channelKey Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) - Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit thats made to customer- Offer best in class sales experience while onboarding customers- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis - Cross sell and up sell Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities- Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on Lead Management System- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes. - Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager- Adhere to a proper business work ethic Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)- 1 to 4 years of work experience in direct sales with at least 2yrs experience in Life Insurance.- Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background - Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects - Good influencing and negotiation skills.- Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone - 2 Wheeler is must- Age below 30 yrsPersonal Attributes & Competencies
