    Job Opening Details Job Title: Cloud/D&A/Microsoft/AI - Senior Mobile Engineer IOS - Subashri -- Subashri -- Adarsh (Team4) Category: Wheels Up is on a mission to democratize the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings. With the Wheels Up App, anyone can search, book, and fly on private aircraft from the worlds largest marketplace of safety-vetted and verified planes, totalling over 1,500 whenever they have a travel need. Its as easy as booking an Uber or an Airbnb. Wheels Up is building a innovative team of principal mobile engineers who will set the standard for mobile engineering excellence in our space. They will be very hands-on and lead by example. They will collaborate with a team of distinguished engineers to deliver a high-quality product. They will deliver a luxious experience to complement the brand and improve our cutting-edge technology for our members. They will be mobile leaders in the engineering space here and across the globe. Implement new cutting-edge features using modern mobile technologies and frameworks. Build efficient and reusable mobile components and architect reliable, performant, and scalable mobile solutions. Document, unit test, and contribute to automation improvements as needed. Evaluate and update code for tight security requirements and potential risks. Discover, evaluate and implement new tools and libraries to maximize development and application efficiency. Lead teams and organizations to deliver on the Wheels Up transformation strategy Troubleshoot issues and help support reps with clients needs. Key Skills: Creative first approach, always thinking of new ideas and software experiences. Exceptional collaborator: self-aware, empathetic towards others, and able to deliver results as a team. Experience in building massively scalable applications and participating in leading open source technologies. 5+ years of experience working in mobile applications with a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 2+ years of working in an Agile development work environment Self-starter and Self-motivated, able to learn and work autonomously. Team player who is eager to help others to succeed through mentoring and leading by example. Highly collaborative with effective written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services Experience with testing for performance, memory management and debugging skills. Experience with animations and custom view controller transitions. Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines Strong experience building mobile applications with Swift.
