Job Description

    Job summary Primarily responsible for the timely and successful creation and/or delivery of training programs for HYD ROC staff on tools, processes, platforms, or topics. These trainings help to build knowledge, increase user adoption, increase individual or team effectiveness, or communicate best practices. In order to be effective, the candidate must possess a prior training experience to enable them understand training needs of the audiences for whom they will develop content. They must be able to dive deep into various aspects of ATS, and then translate their understanding into high quality training content and programs for other audiences. Core Responsibilities: 1. Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality and relevant training content for ROC. 2. Rapidly learning new concepts, courses, tools, as required. 3. Supporting timely updates, revisions and improvements of existing courses & materials. Playing a strategic role in integrating new tool releases, concepts, and instructor/customer feedback into existing courseware. 4. Acting as subject matter experts for the broader training teams in ROC. 5. Proactively growing a pool of qualified facilitators by developing effective train the trainer programs and ensure that these facilitators knowledge is kept up to date. 6. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with all levels of associates across regional teams. 7. Remaining customer obsessed, and providing the best possible training experience. 8. May participate in the hiring process. Continually raises the bar. Complexity of work: 1. Operates with moderate autonomy and discretion, requires some oversight and direction on non-routine tasks or more complex issues from senior team members and manager. 2. Contributes to cross- functional teams to common objectives. 3. Frequently interacts with supervisors and functional peer groups. 4. Demonstrates ability to execute on quality audits, new projects and overall goals. Business: 1. Drives the end-end onboarding and training process for new hires. 2. Ensures deep understandings of network, utilizing real time examples, performance feedback strategies and SMART goals. 3. Communicate effectively with managers in the team and across teams in ATS to drive priorities. Leadership and Values: 1. Hire and Develop the Best: Contributes in raising the performance bar with every hire, drives the end-end onboarding for new hires, train and develop the talent in the team. 2. Earn Trust: Gain trust across all levels in ROC team. Assesses behaviors and motivates new hires to demonstrate leadership principles within their role., 1). 5+ years of experience in learning & development functions with Program/ Project management role managing the development, maintenance and improvement of business processes 2) Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university 3) Practical training experience with new hire batches and soft skills trainings1. Prior Process Improvement/Project Management (PMP) experience with demonstrated success in leading projects in Cross-functional environment2. Experience in learning management tools, content creation, LMS, articulate 360, vyond, etc. in creating e-learnings & interactive videos.3. Manage end to deployment of global projects and assess learning gaps, map effectiveness and lead employee development portfolio4. Prior experience on working with excel, SharePoint, dashboards for data analysis, reporting and metric tracking 3. Experience in facilitating soft skills trainings and designing behavioral programs
