    Dear Candidates,We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Sales Manager.Qualification:Bachelors degree in any field - Candidate from a Life Science background (e.g., Biology,Microbiology, Biochemistry) is preferred.Experience: 4-7 yearsLocation: Gujarat, Pune, Chandigarh, Maharashtra, BangaloreSalary: 7 LPA - 15 LPAThe person in this role will work directly with the Sales Team based at various locations in Indialike Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Maharashtra. We are looking for an experiencedSales Manager to drive sales of our Microbiology range of products to Quality Control/QualityAssurance laboratories within the Pharmaceuticals /Biopharmaceuticals, Veterinary, food/beverage, Personal Care, and FMCG manufacturing industries as well as research && academiasectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the life sciencesindustry, particularly with knowledge of microbiology products and their applications in QC/QAprocesses.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets withinthe assigned territory/region for the assigned market segment. Identify and target key accounts within pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries,research institutions, and academia. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers withintarget accounts. Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the valueproposition of our products to meet those needs. To coordinate to conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessionsfor customers as needed. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customersupport to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identifynew business opportunities. Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required bymanagement.Skills Required:Proven track record of success in sales within the life sciences industry, with a focus onmicrobiology products highly desirable. Knowledge of Quality Control/Quality Assurance processes within pharmaceutical, foodand beverage industries, research, and academia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
