Job Description

    In addition, a Sales Team Leader can help to identify areas where the sales process can be improved, and can provide valuable feedback to the organizations senior management team. They can also act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization, helping to ensure that everyone is working together towards the same objectives.If you are ready to take up these duties and responsibilities of Sales Team Leader, then apply right away, we would love to meet you in person.RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
    2. Define Sales Objectives and Goals
    3. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
    4. Develop Sales Strategies and Tactics
    5. Manage Sales Team Performance
    6. Train and Coach Sales Team Members
    7. Foster Collaboration and Communication
    8. Promote Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
    SKILLS REQUIRED:
    1. High school diploma or similar.
    2. Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
    3. Excellent communication and Interpersonal
    4. Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
    Salary Details:n25,000 - 35,000 incentive (Depends on earlier Experience)Work Timings:
    • Morning 8:45 Evening 6:00 (Monday Friday).
    • Saturday Morning 8:45 Evening 4:00
    • Sunday -Week off.
