Job Description

    Entri is a vernacular learning platform headquartered in Cochin, Kerala. We provide test prep and upskilling learning course material in different local languages across India through Entri. Entri is known for its tagline Indias best learning app to get a job and strongly relies on achieving the same. Entri has a strong history in making its users to be on the top rank list for each exam and only quality and helpful contents are being delivered.We are looking for a Sales manager to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidates profile and JD as shared below.Responsibilities
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    Requirements:
    • Should have at least 3 years experience in sales
    • At least 1 year experience in handling a team
    • Experience in edtech platform preferred
    • Should be fluent in English & Telugu
    • Should be willing to work from office
    • Any UG/PG qualification
