JOB SUMMARY: The Business Operations Analyst/Salesforce Administrator dedicated to our Mergers Acquisitions (MA) strategy is responsible for all migration efforts as it relates to the Salesforce.com CRM and integrated applications. These MAs will be considered small to medium in size and complexity. The Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the migration process starting with discovery review of data to be migrated, design and build phase, integration and cut over. This role will support data management, including field mappings, permission sets, hierarchy and profile configurations. The Analyst should have good logic and problem-solving skills, a natural desire to explore the breadth of Salesforce.com functionality, and must communicate and present complex problems, data, and potential solutions.
