JOB SUMMARY: The Business Operations Analyst/Salesforce Administrator dedicated to our Mergers Acquisitions (MA) strategy is responsible for all migration efforts as it relates to the Salesforce.com CRM and integrated applications. These MAs will be considered small to medium in size and complexity. The Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the migration process starting with discovery review of data to be migrated, design and build phase, integration and cut over. This role will support data management, including field mappings, permission sets, hierarchy and profile configurations. The Analyst should have good logic and problem-solving skills, a natural desire to explore the breadth of Salesforce.com functionality, and must communicate and present complex problems, data, and potential solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Discovery: Review acquired Company s CRM tooling including process flows; Sales Cycle, Support, Leads generation, etc.
  • Documentation: What is in use, what is the object and function, field inventory and mapping, user profiles and permission sets
  • Requirements: What do we need for continuity in their business
  • Install and configure managed packages (if any)
  • Field updates and/or creation
  • Integrations into Progress CRM
  • Build Reports Dashboard templates
  • Testing, QA, bug fixes and cut over
  • Perform day to day Salesforce.com administrative tasks and address production support issues. Tasks include problem analysis, data updates, ad-hoc reporting, and user account management.
  • Support data quality efforts through the use and management of various data quality and reporting tools in Salesforce.com.
  • Use knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture to apply the best response or solution to business needs.

WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO HAVE :

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce.com administration.
  • Salesforce.com Admin certification desirable but not required; should be familiar with Trailhead
  • Enthusiastic team player personality
  • Utilization of BI/reporting tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Lightning flows, Lightning pages, Community page administration, OWD, configurations and setup, etc.
  • Knowledge of migrating data from one org to another
