    Salesforce Core Skills and Experience For TECHNICAL LEAD CPQo 5+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.como Experience in working on large Salesforce / Vlocity engagements as TechLead/Senior Developero Experience in working in Vlocity CPQ, Quote to Order Processo Hands-on experience developing Omni scripts, different types of Data raptors,APEX, VisualForce, Process builders, and flowso Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com JSON and VlocityIntegration ProcedureCollaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs andtranslate these into technical solutionso Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force)o Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, ApexTriggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboardso Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures andlimitations are requiredo Plans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforceimplementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programmingeffortso Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing anddeployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platformo Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problemsusing defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support andmaintenance of customer applicationso Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+user licenseso Ability to work independently on assignmentso Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design andarchitectural patternso Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure quality ofdeliverables from the teamo Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational andanalytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous serviceto customers. Ability to effectively present information.Education and Certifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ComputerEngineering, related IT discipline; or equivalent 6-8 years in Salesforce project development experience
