Job Description

    Salesforce Core Skills and Experience For TECHNICAL LEAD LWCo 5+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.como At least 2 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components).This is a MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers,Classes & Visual Force)o Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, ApexTriggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboardso Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures andlimitations are requiredPlans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations.Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming effortso Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing anddeployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platformo Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problemsusing defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support andmaintenance of customer applicationso Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+user licenseso Ability to work independently on assignmentso Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design andarchitectural patternso Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure quality ofdeliverables from the teamo Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational andanalytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service tocustomers. Ability to effectively present information.Education and Certifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ComputerEngineering, related IT discipline; or equivalent 6-8 years in Salesforce project development experience
