Looking forward for trained consultanr in SAP FICO. He/She should have good communications skills should be in a position to handle calls from US client single handedly. Consultant should be having basic knowledge of SAP and business process and should monitor the system and alert Support Team on the tickets. Consultant needs to work in 24 X 7 support and should be in a position to swap work hours based on project requirement.
