Job Description

    4-6+ years of industry experience in pricing program implementation/support. Domain consultant with PROS Pricing functional experience & skills to deliver implementation & integration projects for oil & gas, other industry clients. nWork closely with Business & IT to discuss requirements, challenges & expectations, generate innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities. nResponsible for identifying & documenting the business needs of clients. nWork on assigned projects to bring valuable business domain, technical and application knowledge. nSet up & Configure PROS modules like price management, deal management, scientific analyzer based on business & functional requirements to deliver desired outcome. nDescribe pricing module & technology in terms easily understood by business customers and set realistic customer expectations for project outcome. nCapture business problems, value drivers, functional and non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, supportability considerations. nAssess & model processes, data flows &technology to understand current gaps & issues, opportunities for improvement, create clear documentation requirement, design documentations. nKeep updated to align with solution over project lifecycle of implementation, integration, enhancement, managed services. nEnsure traceability of requirements from business needs, requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution. nConfigure, document software & processes, using agreed standards and tools. nCreate acceptance criteria, validate solutions to meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing. nPerform Unit, Sys Integration, E2E testing. Perform or facilitate change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes. nGuide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign-off nPROS Trained/certified function consultant nDesired business analyst trained /certified nExcellent written, oral communication As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functionalechnical track of a project. ,
