Job Description

    Must-Haves : - 8+ years of relevant experience- 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT services preferably in Telecom Sector. Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage- Min 3 years in Java Development- Must relocate to Chennai or Hyderabad Strict No-Nos : Verizon. JOB DESCRIPTION :Experience : 8 Yrs to 12 YrsLocation : Hyderabad and ChennaiSkills : Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, WebservicesQualifications and Abilities :10+ years of relevant experience including minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT services preferably in Telecom Sector. Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage.- Hands on experience in Full-Stack technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React JS, Node JS, Postgres), AWS/MS Cloud migration, Collaboration Tools, Dev Ops and Automated Testing is essential- Able to establish standard development practices and processes. Involvement in project planning - forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.- Optimize customer releases based on user experience program- Inclination to learn new technologies and keep team updated as well- Deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.- Understanding of Java application stacks and JavaScript frameworks.- Hands-on experience in scrum methodology (Sprint planning, execution and retrospection) is a mustScrum Related Process Expectations :- Responsible for ensuring that the Scrum Team is following the Scrum practices and lives by the Agile Values- Coach to the team- Consider as a trainer, provides motivation- Reminds the goals and keeps them on your radar- Helps to adopt modern development techniques- Helps to identify skills gap and recommend trainings- Process Owner and not the Team Owner, Task master- Can recommend changes to the processes- Can be reached out to suggest changes in the processes- Helps to improve productivity- Highlighting impediments, supporting team to resolve impediments- Helps in prioritization (day to day execution)- Facilitates meetings- Works with the key stakeholders- Protects the team- Not to overcommit or under commit- Keeps teams focused (removes distractors)- Keeps the scope changes away- Servant Leader- Serves the team- Makes their expertise available- Makes their experience available- Strong at communication - Clear, precise and data based,
