    Hi,We have an excellent opportunity for you.Profile- Senior Academic Counselor / Inside SalesExperience - 3 -7 yearsPackage - up to 6.5 lpaLocation - HyderabadHindi is MandatoryROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ;-Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, andfollowing up on leads.Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.Staying informed about competing products and services.Upselling products and services.Researching and qualifying new leads.Closing sales and achieving sales targets.REQUIREMENTS:-Previous experience in an outbound call-center or a related sales position preferred.Proven inside sales experience of 3- 5 YearsEd-tech or Call-center background experience is preferredInbound/ Outbound calling experienceExcellent Sales skillsExcellent verbal and email communication skillsStrong listening skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayInterested candidates can share their CV on mail i.d :- hidden_email and also on whats app hidden_mobile
