Job Description

    * Excellent - Written & Verbal( Candidate Should be confident while speaking in any language)*Hindi English Telugu*word/ good typing speed
    • Represent clients in legal and civil proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
    • Conduct legal research, analyze data and prepare papers for clients
    • Offer expert legal advice and guidance to clients in order to aid them in resolving disputes or advancing their interests
    • Engage in case strategy development with a team of legal professionals and communicate legal issues with clients
    • Assist with case preparation and management, including drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as briefs, motions, and pleadings
    • Communicate with opposing counsel, court officers, and clients to resolve legal disputes.
    • Prepare written legal opinions and advice on legal issues related to civil law.
    Mentor and supervise junior advocates and support staff, as needed.
