Job Description

    * Senior Associate, Security Manager, Central Operations Office Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Report on physical security strategy and metrics (KPIs) and ensure presence and adherence of AMCs & SLAs
    • Manage a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including SEZ officials, Executives and Senior Management, Lines of Business, Travel,
    • Compliance, Audit, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Communications, Real Estate and Facilities, as well as participating on cross functional project teams.
    • Comprehend and contribute to IT based electronic security system design and operation.
    • Manage a variety of external vendors, and understanding/enforcement of Contracts, Service Level Agreements, etc.
    • Provide effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant property and employees.
    • Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
    • Responsible to keep abreast of trends and patterns as it relates to physical security issues that may impact the organization.
    Requirement:
    • Serves as a subject matter expert and imparts physical security knowledge to inter- and intra-department employees through presentations and by creating and distributing on-line aids and distance learning tools.
    • Identify, evaluate and provide advice and support to operation groups to mitigate their exposure to security threats. This includes conducting security reviews of premises and processes using a risk based approach, making recommendations to management to close identified gaps, and following recommended actions to completion.
    • Create and maintain critical partnerships and relationships with different business units including but not limited to Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Government Affairs, Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Legal, Marketing, Public Relations and Technical Operations.
    • Stay current on new physical security technologies and tests and evaluates innovative solutions to resolve operational and security issues.
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of crisis management, emergency planning and business continuity.
    • Detect and deter any illegal or unusual activity, which could have the potential to affect the interests or the reputation of the organization.
    • Liaison effectively with local and Government officials, Police, Fire & Rescue services, Water, Factories, Land authorities, etc
    • Ensuring all internal and external audits are cleared and action points are closed by due dates.
    • Ensuring all Security Incidents, defined by the SOP are documented, tracked, investigated and actioned adequately and on-time.
