Senior Business Analyst, Market Development ContentLocation Remote FinlandPosting date 4 hours ago(3/11/2021 10:51 AM)Job ID 84521 Category Corporate Marketing Job summary The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst focused on content strategy and effectiveness across Red Hat s Market Development function to join us in Finland. In this role, you will work with a combination of marketers, sellers, and content writers from around the globe. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and partners to enhance existing content, as well as create new high-performing content in Red Hat s sales engagement platform (Outreach). Understanding different cultures and translation and localization needs will be key for you to develop a successful global strategy. Your strategy will be put in motion through seller enablement efforts and full content life cycle management practices. Your results will be measured and communicated across the business using defined KPIs. As a Senior Business Analyst, you ll need to have a broad set of skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, apply insights to influence outcomes, and solve complex problems in creative ways. Primary job responsibilities

  • Review and enhance existing Outreach content
  • Create new, high-performing content in partnership with regional and global teams
  • Evaluate Red Hat s sales and marketing assets to include in Outreach sequences
  • Develop high-value offers that sellers can use to engage prospective customers and secure meetings
  • Facilitate content translation and localization
  • Manage your content across the full life cycle using Outreach and Aprimo (Digital Asset Management)
  • Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective content
  • Define and measure KPIs in order to monitor performance
  • Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations for continued optimization
  • Train and enable sellers to use Outreach content in order to improve performance
Required skills
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in content life cycle management
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven business insight
  • Experience with Outreach, SalesLoft, or other sales engagement platforms
  • Experience managing content in an enterprise digital asset management platform
  • Capable Excel user, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and joins
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable excellent communicator with a desire to improve business outcomes
  • Enjoying learning and able to thrive in an ever-evolving role
