Job Details:Job Summary:The SAP BPC developer is responsible for the successful delivery of both the functional and technical components of SAP business planning solutions in a SAP BW HANA environment. The position will require strong functional and technical knowledge of BPC, along with finance, supply chain and operation planning processes, performance management and reporting solutions. Ability to receive requirements related to a business problem and transform that into a solution design. Has the technical skills to develop and test the solution using the skills described, Designs, develops and tests to create quality solutions on time and within budget. Collaborate with functional team members on system functionality and design.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage & implement solutions to solve business problems in the area of financial planning, headcount planning, operational planning using SAP BPC BW/HANA/NetWeaver.
• Configure processes in SAP BPC using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) skills, script logics and computations.
• Understanding of Business Add-ins (BADI) processes and provide functional requirements as needed.
• Review & participate in solution build and test activities on BPC implementations, rollouts, upgrade projects; may be asked to step in to conduct project solution architect activities from time to time
• Participate on solution roadmap for BPC projects.
• Collaborate with peers in the Technology team to apply best practices to integrate between SAP applications (ERP, BW, BO and BPC)
• Troubleshooting production support issues.
• Experience with SAP BPC 10.0/10.1 NetWeaver experience.
• Experience with BW data extraction and modeling in BW 7.5 HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPC planning and forecasting function and process, including Data Manager and EPM.
• Strong knowledge of EPM Macro development.
• Design, build and maintain dimensions, models, input forms, reports, business process flows, and business rules.
• Create and maintain data input forms using the EPM Add-in.
• Configure, perform and maintain environment, including SAP Project Reference Object (SPRO) parameters for Environment and Application levels in conjunction with our hosting and technology partners.
• Design, create, configure and maintain integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems from BW InfoProviders and flat files, including BPC transformation and conversion files.
• Provide end-user support to a large global user base and resolve immediate BPC production issues.
• Gather Finance business requirements, propose solutions & implement, including documentation and end-user training.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Four-year college degree, or equivalent.
• Functional analyst with 5 years BPC implementation experience including 2-3 full life cycle projects.
• 4 years of hands-on SAP BPC NW 10.1 experience is required, including Planning design and configuration.
• High proficiency with EPM report tool, with understanding of local members, expansion definitions, and ability to troubleshoot complex reporting requirements.
• Experience implementing the Budgeting and Planning functionality of BPC.
• Experience in General Ledger Accounting, Forecast/Planning, Cost Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting in a multi-currency environment.
• Experience with macro integrated to BPC Excel Add-ins.
• Advanced Excel skills and moderate VBA knowledge.
• Ability to provide documentation of business rules, functional/technical specifications, and process interpretations for assigned applications, process flows, systems, and business solutions.
• Able to present design to Business teams, able to clearly communicate with Finance users.
• Experience building financial dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/Lumira will be considered a plus.
• Integration of BPC with SAP BW along with core ECC modules including SAP Finance and Operations Planning.
• SAP Finance (Basic) Functional knowledge & able to work independent FI Reconciliation process, in SAP ECC6.
