Job Description

    Collecting hiring requests from the different Zones & departments to fill vacancies in a timely mannerEnsure the recruiters is following job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacanciesMaintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the requirements and vacancies within the company to ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraintsIdentifying, developing, and promoting diverse recruiting sources and methods to widen data pool of talented candidatesDevelop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as candidate sourcing, head hunting, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media & job portals.Screening applications by analysing and evaluating applicants qualifications in accordance with job requirements to determine best-qualified candidatesConducting pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate with technical team & Reporting heads as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates to further validate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements using behavioral-based interview techniquesInterviewing potential recruits and identifying those suitable for shortlisting and providing candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate & recording the accurate candidates data properly in IF Forms. Collect relevant personnel documentation of employees before on boarding & have to be document.Select candidates with proper TA strategy by taking proper Interview feedback gathered from verticals, Zones.Devising sourcing strategies to attract top talentBuild and cultivate relationships across all levels and business areas including both zones/vertical and HR Team.Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.Coordinate with the Recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy is implementing on the assigned TAT.Maintain accurate updates about the sourcing candidates, coordination with different verticals/Zones on recruitment.Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level hires with various senior managers across the businesses to actively recruit talent.Operating our recruitment tracking system to manage our candidate pool from posting to offering and sending feedback emails/closing the vacancySending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers.Liaising between new hires and human resources generalist, ensuring submission of all documentation requiredCarrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging technical interviews and providing suitable arrangements for applicantsBuild strong relationships with the team to ensure smoothly and efficiently meet talent needs.Regular feedback sessions with Recruiters team to have proper have proper closures on assigned profiles in TAT.Need to share the real time updates to the reporting managers on Recruitment process.Need to proactive on the HR related activities like campus drive & HR recruitment Events. Promote the companys recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and Zones/Departments on the recruiting process and pending needs.Ensure the assigned profiles to be filled on given TAT on monthly basis.Negotiate the packages of the employees as per the SOP allotted budget.Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.Supervise and mentor the recruitment team.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote companys reputation as best place to workRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsBS/MS in Human Resources Management
