This individual will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire. high-quality candidates. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and set recruitment goals. The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will also oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the companys employer brand. They will use data-driven approaches to improve processes and will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends in talent acquisition. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the workforce and culture of the organization.ResponsibilitiesThe roles and responsibilities of Senior Manager - TA will include the below: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement effective talent acquisition strategies for required roles Keep oneself abreast with market trends to be able to ensure an uninterrupted and continuous flow of talent Manage a team of Recruitment Managers to provide oversight to the talent acquisition process and ensure flawless execution. Contribute directly through behavioral assessments and compensation negotiations for critical roles across the company.
