Enterprise Services (ES) with in Microsoft Digital Platform Engineering (MDPE) providesServices which play a critical role for the company: leveraging newest technologies in the enterprise, we provide Lifecycle Support for all customers, and we Champion Consumption, with added focus on our Premier support customers.Broadly it is categorized as follows -

• Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) helps customers transform the potential value of Microsoft cloud technologies into realized value for their businesses, employees and customers. We focus on showing what s possible with the latest Microsoft technologies.
• Premier Support Services for Enterprise is an end-to-end support service that helps you realize value on your on-premises and cloud-based software investments reducing risk, improving system reliability, and making your people more productive.

SAP Product Manager is accountable for capturing Customer Pain points, Problem statement, gathering Business requirements, prioritizing the requirements, ensuring that ERP solutions are delivered as per requirements, aligned to the technology Roadmaps which support the business roadmaps and future business scenarios.The Product Manager must quickly establish the trust and confidence of our business partners by developing/demonstrating:

• Deep understanding of Microsoft s system landscape and business processes.
• Support for the Service lines by addressing the customer pain points and leveraging the opportunities to improve systems and processes
• Strong collaborative relationships with key Business users to deliver reliable, supportable business solutions
• the ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes from Microsoft and industry.
• The ability for problem-solving, technical innovation, and attention to detail.

The Microsoft implementation of SAP is a large-scale enterprise solution featuring SAP (FI, CO, SD, SCM, PS, HCM, VL ,OEM, GTS, BPC,Tax etc) running on Azure. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are motivated to grow their careers in SAP and Microsoft technologies.The Product Manager ideally should possess detailed working knowledge of Standard ERP and must have Business processes knowledge in Enterprise / Professional Services domain and surround systems (upstream and downstream ). Independently drive for results and consistently meet deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines.Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate customer obsession through regular customer connects to capture their pain points
• Should be able to create vision for the respective domain
• Should be able to Make data-driven decisions through capturing business impact and deliver the right outcomes to Business.
• Should be capable of Business storytelling to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure required functionality is delivered according to Microsoft standards, aligned with portfolio roadmaps.
• Enhance the project capabilities by continuous improvements & innovation, develop strong partnership with business and other groups, globally & ensure both excellence in design and delivery.
• Support Domain Architects in the definition of solution and technology roadmaps and industry standards.
• Driving Digital transformation Journey through partnering with stakeholders / Business.
• Drive thought leadership and showcase Enterprise / Professional Services solutions

• • MBA / Tech/B. Tech degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field
  • 8-10 Years of experience as an SAP Program Manager/Functional Analyst/Solution architect with SAP SD skills or SME with strong understanding of business processes.
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills along with sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and desire to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience working with geographically diverse groups.
  • Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of Software life cycle methodology and Information s systems development and support.
  • Ability to work independently and ramp-up to new areas quickly
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
  • Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure
  • Demonstrable passion for continuous applied learning & development
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity without stalling progress
  • Metrics and data focused and Passion for solving Customer Problems
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and manage stakeholder expectations
  Preferred Requirements (Nice to have)
  • Professional Training and Certification: PMP, SAP.
  • Experience in working on large scale global enterprise implementations with hands on experience in customization/configuration of SAP solutions.
