Job Description

    Hiring for Sr. Research Associate - Analytical Service for Bioassay with a reputed Clinical Research organization for Hyderabad location.Position purpose: The position is a hands-on, non-supervisory position in Analytical services (Biologics). The position will be responsible for conducting quality research, developing & validating Bioassays.Required Qualification & Experience: M.Sc. in any Life science(s), with 6 - 8 Years of experience in the field of Bioassays in an industry/CRO setup.Candidate is expected to be well versed with literature search, method conceptualization, method development & validation of Bioassays. Should have experience handling all Bioassay related instruments, maintain the clean rooms and should have knowledge on the statistical tools that are required for Design of Experiments and data analysis.Should be familiar with validation guidelines, instrument qualifications and should have worked in cGMP/ GLP environment.Prior experience in a CRO is preferable.Responsibilities:
    • Independently plans the resources to execute experiments as per regulatory expectations
    • Establish new techniques as required, and, where appropriate, refine and optimize current lab protocols
    • Demonstrate good research and laboratory practice, with research outputs maintained to GLP /high quality publication standards (includes Lab Archives, Summaries, etc.)
    • Critically analyse and troubleshoot results; design appropriate experiments to advance work
    • Assists the group leader in instrument qualifications, implementing laboratory procedures and systems
    • Records experimental data, ensuring clear and accurate transcription of results and calculations
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
