Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities RM/SRM will be a single point of contact from the bank responsible for managing all the banking requirements of the on boarded customers. Core Responsibilities Acquisition and management of INDUSTRIAL Equipment FINANCE customers for their equipment purchase & working capital requirementsCatering to customer limits finance Complete life cycle management of the customer (acquisition, on-boarding , portfolio , activation and attrition management) Enhance trade revenue by increasing wallet share in newly onboarded and existing accounts Facilitate customer trade transaction and ensure straight through processing People Management or Self-Management ResponsibilitiesSelf-driven with positive mindset Eager to develop and deliver projects and assignments within timelines Solution oriented approach and collaborative skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities Conducting due diligence on customer & transaction to cater various AML and Regulatory requirements related to transaction. Key Internal Interactions :Purpose of Interaction Risk team: For assessment of limits to clients.OSD/CSD: For limit set up of transactions Key External Interactions Trade & Business Associations :For tie ups and generating leads for acquisition of clients.
