1.To develop growing pipeline of parenteral and topical products, experienced professionals are required in the area of pharmaceutical development. 2.To play a vital role in the development of early phase formulation development of injectables and topical dosage forms. 3.To achieve robust formulations and processes through optimization, scale-up and validation work and provision of the required documentation to allow worldwide registration. 4.To work in multidisciplinary and international teams and represent Pharmaceutical Development in external collaborations, resulting in a wide range of scientific and strategic tasks. 5.To develop new technologies for injectables and topical dosage forms for poorly water soluble compounds and supervision of scientific projects. Minimum requirements Minimum: M.Pharm/M.Tech or equivalent Desirable: Advanced degree in a scientific or relevant discipline (Ph.D. or equivalent). Good knowledge of English (oral and written). 1)Successfully demonstrated several years (min-imum of 3 years) of directly related experience as senior scientist or PhD in Science with focus on pharmaceutical sciences and technology (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry) with 3-4 years of experience or MPharm with 10+ years of experience 2)Minimum 3 years of successful industry expe-rience in the development of pharmaceutical injectable formulations ( liquid in vials, Lyophilization, suspension, NDDS), including bio-pharmaceutics and thorough understanding of challenges for poorly soluble compounds. 3)Proven track record in QbD is desired. 4)Interdisciplinary thinking and interest in collaboration with other functions. 5)Strong scientific leadership skills. Excellent knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools 6)Thorough understanding of development activities and processes in a specific function. 7)Strong knowledge of relevant GLP, GMP regu-lations and policies.8)Good presentation skill,
