Do it here.What you ll be doing.Youll be running and supporting enterprise customers for their business-critical services. You will be improving the customer experience and willing to take up the responsibility and take ownership of assigned tasks, resolve tasks within assigned shifts or correctly transition to oncoming shifts if not resolved, and supervise tasks to resolution.
    • Supervising and reviewing the security infrastructure customers and providing recommendations to mitigate security risks.
    • Defining and implementing operational process and standards for security event monitoring and incident response.
    • Contributing in developing and implementing operational processes and standards for threat and vulnerability management.
    • Fixing security patches proactively and measuring to avoid any security breaches.
    • Understanding industry trends in all areas of Information Security.
    • Identifying and mitigating denial of service attacks against critical infrastructure services as well as attacks against external customers.
    • Consulting with customers over complex designs, answering various configuration setup questions, and provisioning customer traffic monitoring using various flow technologies on multiple routing platforms including: Cisco and Juniper, as well as various flow analysis platforms including Arbor Networks.
    • Supporting of the product to include; installation of new customers, ensuring customer configurations are up to date, assisting the customer in DOS attack situations in real time, and modifying mitigation configurations when necessary.
    • Configuration changes and monitoring and directly interact with customers on high visibility and complex technical issues to meet and support SLAs.

You have an understanding of industry trends in all areas of Information Security.Youll need to have:
    • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Knowledge of security incident log analysis, malware analysis & cyber security incident response.
    • Experience providing support for security related technologies (i.e. SIEM, Antivirus, Firewalls, WAF, Proxy, IDS/IPS, DLP).
    • CEH certification.
    • CompTIA Security+ certification.
    Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience in SOAR.

    • A thorough understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
    • A thorough understanding of BGP, GRE, MPLS, and internetworking.
    • Hands-on experience with DoS/DDoS detection, analysis and mitigation, attention to detail and the ability to provide oral and written communication to customers, peers, and management.
    • Working knowledge of botnets, operational experience of DNS.
