Senior Software Developer is responsible for developing workflows and automation solutions using Business Process Management (BPM) and other software development platforms. This position also involves designing the architecture, developing complex code, and deployment of solutions.Duties and Responsibilities : People : - Create a positive team member experience.- Create a positive team member experience.Client : - Create innovative solutions to improve end user experience.- Learn new technologies and frameworks and adapt changing demands of the businessValue : - Architect workflow designs which are scalable, optimal and complete.- Develop new automation processes, tasks and objects using BPM that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.- Develop Proof of Concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of implementing automated solutions.- Support Process Automation Experts on the team with complex issues around design and coding.- Develop, adapt and improve existing coding standards, policies and procedures.- Deploy BPM solutions in multiple environments.- Help plan coding and testing schedules.- Ensure automated workflows are optimally integrated.- Perform data analytics and reporting to help provide recommendations for improvements.- Responsible for precise and complete technical documentation.Education and Experience : - Any Bachelors degree.- 2-5 years of experience in BPM platforms, software development or process automation.- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce Apex, HTML, CSS, Java Scripting, JQuery, SQL etc.Required Skills : - Technical & Problem Solving Skills.- Analytical thinking and ability to improvise coding in new situations.- Knowledge of BPMN and other process modeling languages.- Advanced knowledge in SQL.- Advanced knowledge in CSS, HTML & JQuery scripting.- Intermediate knowledge in .NetShift Timings : - 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM IST,
