Job Description

Were looking for people who are excellent at fundamentals, have willingness to learn, and have an unstoppable desire to follow through with the job. Our technology stack is primarily in Java/Javascript and while experience with these languages is great, its not a necessity. InsideView engineering focuses on fundamentals, not the tools/languages that you already know.Responsibilities

  • Design and implement highly scalable features which help solve Sales and Marketing related problems for companies all around the world.
  • Help junior engineers in writing high quality and extremely efficient code
  • Work with experienced Architects and Principal Engineers in ways to improve the architecture using latest technologies and libraries along with AWS Cloud Products
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and convert them into technical solutions
  • Develop unit tests and participate in creation of automated tests alongside testing team to continuously improve test coverage and software reliability
  • Contribute to organization standards and best practices, along with automation improvements in our CI/CD pipelines

Your skills & education
  • Keen interest to learn new skill sets and ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, design patterns and Object-oriented programming concepts
  • Proficiency in JavaScript with building web front-ends with modern technologies like Angular, React, Backbone etc
  • Proficiency in building responsive, mobile-first front-end web with CSS framework like Bootstrap, Foundation, Angular Material etc
  • Experience working with hybrid mobile app frameworks like Ionic, React Native or progressive web apps
  • Experience working with web page performance optimization tools & techniques and memory management
  • Good knowledge on testing frameworks - MochaJS, JEST, Karma, Jasmine, Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others in small, high-performance teams
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant/equivalent technical discipline
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience preferably in software product companies
  • 2+ years of experience in designing & developing scalable web applications
