You will be partnering with product management as well as research teams across the organization to lead the ongoing innovation, adoption, and evolution of the services. We are looking for a technical leader with experience in information security, software & services development and passionate about leading the next generation security solutions to achieve strategic goals

• One-point contact for the technical vision and roadmap for the security solutions covering mainly the architecture and design aspects
• Partner with Product Management and other teams in M365 to meet immediate and longer term security & compliance objectives.
• Collaborate & influence multiple teams to achieve target scope, schedule and cost objectives.
• Work with partners across Microsoft to continue innovating our intelligence practice and lead the team in customer obsession around delivery of actionable threat intelligence and insights.

Experience & Education qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of software development experience with C#, C++ or Java
• 5+ years of professional experience in architecting, designing, building and managing highly scalable, secure, available and resilient Tier-0 cloud services
• Working in agile teams with strong customer focus
• Good communication and cross group collaboration skills
• Experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems is a big plus
• Security or compliance experience is a big plus
• ML and AI knowledge is a plus
