The service offerings of Digital & Cloud services include App Development, Integration, Cloud & Infrastructure Services, and Leveraging ITSM Automation implement intuitive and automated ITSM platform.Responsibilities:As a Senior Software Engineer, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows:

• Ensure applications, services, batch jobs are up & running during SLA hours
• Health Monitoring and Reporting of issues using existing dashboard and tools
• Respond to alerts and / or tickets that are either auto-generated or created by the users
• Responding to NOC (Network Operation Centre) team calls
• Supporting incidents and work with application team to triage issues
• Coordinate for outage issues, pull in the required teams (Application team, Network team, Middleware team,
• Database team, Mainframe team/ any other teams, as required) to resolve the issues, analyze root cause of problems and minimize the adverse impact
• Perform health check, post patching validations to be done
• SOPs with effective FAQs on common problems and steps to resolve the issue
• Identify and automate any manual/repeated tasks to improve efficiency
• Should have Basic level of scripting knowledge (PowerShell / shell scripting)
• Should be proficient on Windows server access
• Good to have knowledge on Linux Administration
• Knowledge on HPSA or any deployment tools will be added advantage
• Perform post release validation using test scripts provided by application team to ensure critical system components are up/running

Requirements:Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills in order to assess the eligibility of the profile. The must have requirements are:

• 5-6 years of experience working as L1/L2 support professional managing 24/7 Customer facing applications
• Should have experience in Splunk monitoring and writing query to get desired results.
• Should have experience in Linux O.S
• Should have experience in creating alerts in Azure AppInsights and Splunk.
• Good experience in handling requests for azure infrastructure.
• Good knowledge in PowerShell.
• Experience working on Application and Server monitoring as well as Ticketing tools
• Well versed with support process like SOP, NOC, Handover/Takeover, following SLA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Need to be excellent team player.
