In this rapidly-expanding part of the iBasis portfolio, you have an opportunity to help grow iBasis into the market leader in IoT connectivity and connectivity management.Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications using Angular, Java, and related technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components using Angular.Build and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.Configure and deploy applications using Docker containers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Develop and optimize data pipelines using Kafka for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.Implement search and data indexing solutions using Elastic, ensuring efficient and fast retrieval of information.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks relevant to full-stack development and data processing.Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.Technical requirements:Proven experience (5 years) as a Software Engineer, with expertise in Angular, Java, and related technologies.Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular.Worked with GIT on managing code repository.Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks for building robust server-side applications.Proficiency in configuring and deploying applications using Docker containers.Familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for implementing search and data indexing solutions.Experience working with Kafka for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure provisioning (e.g., Jenkins).Understanding of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and debugging of web applications.YOULL BRING:Strong problem-solving skills: You have a proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
