Job Description

    As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be hands on in design and development of software to deliver on key business results. You will partner with internal teams, and build and maintain a high-performing and inclusive culture of engineering within the teamThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
    • BTech / BE degree or equivalent experience
    • 10+ years of experience in hands-on software development with mandatory experience in Python frameworks - Flask, Django, PyPI,
    • Experience in Java - J2EE, SpringBoot etc. is good to have
    • Prior experience in working on cloud-based architecture and deployment using a cloud provider like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is required
    • Understanding of OOP and Data Structures and know when to apply them in daily coding scenarios.
    • Expertise working with and building RESTful APIs.
    • Experience with SOA, JSON/XML and REST Web Services.
    • Experience with API security frameworks, token management and user access control including OAuth, JWT, etc.
    • Knowledge of Postgres/ Oracle / MySQL / Graph databases (Neo4J, GraphDB lite, Graph engine)
    • Ability to work in an Agile /SCRUM environment.
    • Ability to write unit-tested and maintainable code
    • Working knowledge of source control systems such as (Git, SVN, etc).
    • Ability to complete work following engineering standards and best practices.
    • Develops clean, elegant, well-commented, and very reusable code which is easy to maintain and extend.
    • Ability to self-organize with minimal guidance/competing priorities and work effectively within a team
    • A team player with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset.
    • Ability to provide innovative, creative solutions to tasks/problems
    • Communicates with confidence to internal customers
    • Strong interpersonal capabilities along with solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively
