If you re ready to excel, innovate, and truly enjoy your work, apply now for the position detailed below.The OpportunityRole and Responsibilities: Manage a team that develops, integrates and tests IP-network Protocol stack software.Manage the team on a day-to-day basis.Interface daily with stakeholders, superiors and others teams due to dependencies.Interact with customers as required by nature of engagement.Efficiently diffuse escalations within the team to unblock team members, while simultaneously updating superiors about broader/longterm problems and solutions.Critically discern problems of importance from grievances/concerns that are trivial.Maintain and Improve camaraderie, synergy and productivity of the team.Required Skills:- Experience in C-based Networking Software Development for embedded platforms.- Good understanding of network stack operation(network device driver, IP, transport and socket layer) is required. - Must be domain expert in the IPv4 Networking field. Knowlegde of Ethernet, UDP, ICMP, ARP, IPv4 protocols is a must.- Knowledge of additional protocols such as IPsec, PDCP, GTP-u,IPv6 is a significant plus.- Knowledge of project management tools(jira, confluence, Gerrit/git are preferred).Education & Experience: BE/ME or equivalent required with at least 10-15 years of related software design, development and testing experienceThe PerksWith competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an incredible culture.
