    • Responsible for installation and after-sales services support for biomedical equipment and medical systems.
    • Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance and electrical safety tests of the equipment where applicable to maintain code compliance.
    • Must work collaboratively with all teams, including sales, engineers and Channel Partners, to provide feedback and insights from the field.
    • Provide clinical training to the customers and other team members on the proper use and maintenance of our products, ensuring they can maximize the benefits of our technology.
    • Individual is required to complete applicable documentation of all work performed, in a timely manner.
    • Frequent travel across India will be required for the installation, breakdown and maintenance of the equipment.
    • Afterhours work may be required on a scheduled and non-scheduled basis to complete required work.
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventory.
