Roles and Responsibilities 1. On receipt of Service complaint, should speak to customer, understand the problem and fix up time for attending it. Service calls may be Preventive / Break down calls, either directly from customer or through Chennai office.2. Visit customer with necessary spares3. Observe the actual problem at site and then solve the problem4. In case of difficulty in solving the problem, contact office for additional support / clarification and then implement the solution at site, as per guidance5. Prepare Service report, get customer signature and submit it to office. Report should consist of Problem reported, Problem observed, Solution given, Pending points and Customer comments.6. Follow up system performance after few days and update it to office.7. Submit weekly report on service calls attended and also submit travel claim form.Desired Candidate Profile Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
