Job Description

    ServiceNow Business Analyst5 - 7 yearsHyderabad/SecunderabadTotal experience of 4-6 years or more, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the role of Business Systems Analyst.ServiceNow experience is an add-on. ServiceNow experience should include administration, configurations setup, and testing.Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities like workflows, SLAs, Integrations, Reporting etc.BE/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related disciple required. MBA in Operations and Systems is good to have.Good knowledge of process flow mapping using tools like - Lucid chart/Ms Visio/Miro.Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).Demonstrated strong background in preparing As-Is process documentation, To-Be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects in a dynamic work environment.Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.Good in generating reports and dashboards measuring business KPIs.Experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training will be an add-onExperience in Project Management, Change Management experience or certification, ServiceNow ITBM product is a plus.Available and comfortable to manage discussions in east-west time zone.
