Job Description

    Job Opening DetailsJob Title: ServiceNow Developer(for ops ramp integration) - Udhayakumar -- Nithya -- Sridhar (Rasmi) Category: Minimum 6 years of experience and 6+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration, upgrades, implementation and integration Should experience in project transition and able to complete the task in limited time frame. Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, JSON Should have good knowledge in Configuration Management (CMDB) and its integration Good to have knowledge in OpsRamp integration with ServiceNow Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals Prepares reports on analyses Under general direction, independently develops, maintains and extends a stable production, development and testing middleware infrastructure while extending the functionality and enabling developers to use it via mentoring and formal training Independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems May serve as project manager or team lead on complex projects Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines systems scope and objectives Researches, develops, codes or modifies architecture components that are well designed, efficient and conform to MST architectural standards When assuming the project manager role, manages day-to-day project-related activities for projects of moderate to high complexity Work with multiple business owners to move forward development and enhancements around the core ITSM applications including Incident, Change and Request in a Domain separated instance of ServiceNow Should be able to work independently and in agile manner. Should able to work within time limit and transition period. Integrations knowledge like LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, Slack, Tanium etc. ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer and Implementation Specialist Certifications preferred. Strong Core Java development, Angular JS experience Demonstrated experience designing and developing process-based solutions Demonstrated experience documenting user case processes and BPM workflows Strong sense of ownership & urgency, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, flexibility, sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance procedures & policies. Ability to motivate & influence people to meet desired project deliverables. Strong multi-tasking, multi-roles & time management skills.
