10 + years experience of engineering desktop & mobility products in a large global environment, with a dispersed global team Senior designer & lead engineer for the cloud strategy for desktop & mobility devices in close collaboration with the Product Manager. Engineer the technical delivery to modernize desktop mgmt. and enable more remote mgmt.: oMS Intune / Endpoint Manager, Win10 Autopilot, Evergreen, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Apps oMigration from GPO processes towards Intune policies and enhance application portfolio including package automation, transition to Windows Store, Test automation Ability to work in detail on technical designs, solutions and the definition of a security architecture paired with excellent documentation with working knowledge of Windows, VPN and Cloud services (e.g. Azure, MS Intune) Infrastructure design experience including availability and resilience approaches, data center setups, virtualization, networks as well as other end user productivity environments like Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint Online Ability to work with individuals in a virtual, multi-vendor and multi-cultural environment with different level of technical understanding; should be able to adjust communication style based on targeted audience Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members Proven experience in a technical role incl. agile development framework like Scrum and very strong ability to analyse, structure, and break-down complex tasks into manageable pieces Knowledge of and experience in the Financial Services industry and its regulations Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills ,
