Responsibilities This role will be reporting to the Lead for Logistics Operations and Analytics Team. The resource will work with a cross functional team to tender loads to carriers, support logistics analyses and to execute policy and process as required, and will maintain, analyses, make system /process recommendations Support the day to day operations of the logistics operations team. Responsible for routing of Inbound Shipments of merchandise to DCs and stores and shipments for Graphics, Fixtures etc. to stores Support for both planned and unplanned shipment management. Support the inbound merchandise, wholesale outbound to customer, domestic bypass shipments and pool liaison, utilizing the Transportation Management System. Co- ordinate and support quires of stores and UPS Analyze logistics costs against budget and trend, Issue data, report and critical metrics to senior management. Identify cost saving initiatives in collaboration with Offshore teams and other customer partners as needed. support the RFP Processes with carriers and support the team and customer as needed during these processes, including RFP preparation, distribution, coordination, analysis and carrier selection. Work closely with the carriers and resolve any pick up, in route and delivery issues (Late pickup/ deliveries) as they occur. Work as the need arises with external and internal customers / partners to improve cost accuracy and willingness. Collaborate with both customers and offshore team to ensure magnificent delivery. Route shipments and build reports utilizing a Transportation Management System (TMS). Support the final implementation and adoption of the TMS.Perceptive Analytics Pvt. Ltd
