Job Description

    Lead the design, build, and operational management of highly secure and scalable sites/software for the business and work tirelessly to guarantee the reduction or removal of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the Cloud/PAAS/DevOps. Drive the product deployment into PAAS/Cloud and increase their consumption of the platform by providing deployment guidance, supporting cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers. Configures, and maintains the frameworks, tools, and systems that enable optimal performance of the businesss sites/software. Involved in Understanding functional specifications and providing solutions for environment build to meet business requirements Strong experience in writing and updating the technical documents on regular basis with the changes made to the existing environment. Expertise in Cloud/PAAS based applications deployment, troubleshooting and support Implement proactive auto-healing. Network & Security: Strong interaction with design and architecture teams to drive resolution on vRAN projects Work with underlay and overlay controllers for network creation, network modeling, and network deployments; Leverage plugins for network deployments across multiple virtualized OS environments Create Network Security Policies. Test and fix network security Vulnerabilities. Creating and managing traffic policies, Geo-proximity routing Configure and maintain Load Balancers. Also having expertise in WAN/LAN network management, keeping track of network performance, respond to problems and deploy solutions. AI OPs: Create Cognitive automations to resolve real Operation Problems. Build Machine learning Models and Algorithms. Expertise In orchestration/automation for all hybrid data center capabilities across operational environments DevOps: Extensive knowledge and skills in Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Estimation, Environment design, DevOps technologies and Implementation. Experience in UNIX administration and DevOps technologies including but not limited to CI/CD pipeline creation and automation. Build and support platform for application deployment and scaling Implementing zero downtime deployment strategies using Blue-Green or Canary deployment approach Operations: Maintain and control user access to platform, UNIX systems and environments Investigate and diagnose Incidents, resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements. Document troubleshooting steps and service restoration details Providing tooling solutions based on requirement create Alerts, Dashboards and reports Proficiency in creating Knowledgebase and process documents with periodic review, updates with changes to Infrastructure components and processes. Applications: Understanding of application functional flows. Knowledge of tracing errors and exceptions in the logs and troubleshoot. Create and maintain end-to-end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the OSS/BSS ecosystem.
