Ability to translate user-defined requirements into specifications and feature requests
Ability to develop engineering specifications, project-related documentation, network diagrams, testing plans and deployment plans
NMS experience for minimum 3 years leading vendors like Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei etc
Telecommunication Network knowledge on Various network technologies
Knowledge on Fixed network technologies (xDSL, GPON, WDM etc)
Knowledge on Mobile access and backhaul technologies (2G/3G/4G, Wimax, PMP, Microwave PTP)
Knowledge on transport layer technologies (SDH/SONET, Ethernet, EoSDH, WDM, MPLS, L3 applications VPRN, VPLS etc)
Experience in Enghouse aktavara product.
Deep ability to tackle enterprise wide deployment, scalability, availability, and performance issues.
Must have deep understanding of different systems and be able to articulate advantages and disadvantages of each as they relate to a client s business model.
Ability to develop architecture solutions for complex business functionality
Deep practical knowledge of enterprise considerations and business process issues
Proven capability in various Databases designing and Performance improvement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should be able to contribute individually
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Added advantage of TM FORUM certifications like eTOM or NGOSS.
Added advantage of Architect certifications like CITA/TOGAF
Insight/experience re SDN/NFV and/or IT networks/Data Centers is an asset
Good Understanding in equipment and interfaces definitions (e.g. IuB, Abis, S1, Gb)
